Reminders that meet them where they already are.

Discreet text reminders for medication, movement, and the small things that slip. They reply DONE or 👍. You get a quiet update when it’s done.

Works with any US mobile number.

Messages

One reply. Two quiet phones.

Their phone gets the reminder. Yours gets one line when it’s done, or one if it isn’t. Not a feed, not a location, not their messages.

Show the morning

Quinn gives the reminder a 👍. Both phones get one line, and that’s the whole morning.

Medication. Movement. The small things that slip.

Each text names the reminder the way you wrote it, so they know what to do without opening anything. They answer however they like: a 👍, a DONE, or a SNOOZE when the timing’s off.

Everything they won’t need.

Most reminder apps ask a teenager to install something, sign in, and keep caring about it. Their texts already have their attention.

Just their texts.

Their reminder. Their call.

A reminder only works if it’s theirs. So the person who gets the texts holds the keys.

Three steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    Set up the plan

Choose what to remember and when. Add a reminder for yourself, or for someone you support.

  2. 2

    They say yes

The person who gets the texts reviews the plan, accepts it, and approves anyone who follows along.

  3. 3

    Texts do the rest

Reminders arrive in their Messages. They reply DONE or 👍, and followers get one quiet update.

Start with what you need.

Clear before anyone joins.

Do they need to download anything?

No. Reminders are ordinary text messages. They verify their number once to accept the plan, and that’s it.

What does a follower see?

A short text when a reminder is done, or when it goes unanswered. Never dosage or private notes, and never their other messages.

Who controls the plan?

The person receiving texts reviews the plan, accepts it, and approves who follows along. Whoever set it up manages the schedule.

What appears in the texts?

The reminder’s name and time, so they know what to do. See the complete text message program.

Can the texts be stopped?

Yes. Reply STOP to end texts at any time. The person getting reminders can remove a follower whenever they like, and whoever set up the plan can pause a reminder.

Support without hovering.

Set the plan once. The texts take it from there.
