Stop being the reminder.

Set the plan once. They get the texts and answer in a word. You get one line when it’s done, and one if it isn’t. Fewer check-ins, fewer arguments.

All you hear.

Your phone gets a line when it’s done, or one if it’s still open three hours later. Never their location, never their messages.

Support that steps back.

  • They say yes first

Your teen reviews the plan and accepts it before any text is sent, and approves everyone who follows along.

  • Done, not everything

You see that it’s done. Not where they are, not who they text, not their screen time.

  • Room to hand it over

When they’re ready, they can run their own reminders and decide whether you still follow.

Their reminder. Their call.

A reminder only works if it’s theirs. So the person who gets the texts holds the keys.

Questions, answered.

Do they need a smartphone?

They need a US mobile number that receives texts. There’s nothing to install.

Can they remove me as a follower?

Yes. The person getting the reminders can remove any follower, including you, whenever they like.

Can both parents follow?

Yes. Invite anyone they’d like to hear from them. They approve each follower.

What appears in the texts?

The reminder’s name and time, so they know what to do. See the complete text message program.
